Financial Literacy
Workshop Overview:
CAE's Financial Literacy course helps increase financial capability and instill social values that can help combat adverse reactions to economic and social challenges they may face as they mature. Students will learn to align their choices with their capabilities, allowing them to make wise decisions as consumers, producers, entrepreneurs, or employees.
- Minimum Number of Sessions: Eight (8) Sessions at 1.5 hours per session
- Total Cost: $160.00 per student

- Parent/Guardian & Student Orientation: Monday, October 30, 2023 at 6 PM
- First Day of Class: Monday, November 6, 2023

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: June 30, 2023
Thank you for choosing Community Arts Experience (CAE) workshops to enhance your artistic skills and creativity. We understand that circumstances may change, and we're committed to providing a transparent and fair return and refund policy for your online purchases of CAE workshops. Please review the following policy guidelines:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:
- This policy applies to all online purchases of CAE workshops that offer face-to-face instruction.
- To be eligible for a return and refund, your request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. Grounds for Refunds: Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Workshop Cancellation: In the event that CAE cancels a workshop, you will receive a full refund.
- Participant Cancellation: If you need to cancel your participation due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms outlined in section 3.
3. Refund Process & Conditions:
- Request Submission: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at admin@caeww.com / (866) 961-2239 x 7. Provide your order details and reasons for requesting a refund.
- Processing Time: Refund processing may take up to seven (7) business days from the date of the refund request.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Deductions: CAE reserves the right to deduct any administrative or processing fees incurred during the refund process, not to exceed 10% of the workshop's purchase price.
4. Workshop Attendance and Rescheduling:
- If you're unable to attend a workshop for which you've registered, you may request a one-time rescheduling to another available workshop date, subject to availability and with advance notice.
- Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the original workshop date.
- Failure to attend the rescheduled workshop will result in forfeiture of your workshop fees.
5. No-Show Policy: Participants who do not attend the workshop and do not provide advance notice or request rescheduling will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Transfers and Substitutions:
- Workshop registrations are non-transferable to other individuals.
- You may transfer your registration to another available workshop date, as outlined in section 4.
7. Workshop Changes and Cancellations:
- CAE reserves the right to modify workshop schedules, instructors, or content due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and suitable alternatives will be provided.
- If CAE cancels a workshop due to low enrollment or other unavoidable reasons, participants will receive a full refund.
